Shipping...
Most orders will be shipped USPS Priority Mail Flat-Rate or First Class. There is a flat rate shipping of $6.00, all orders over $60.00 qualify for free shipping.
If you live/work in the Wasilla area and would like to arrange for delivery to your work address or to meet me somewhere to pick the order up use the coupon code Wasilla to receive free shipping, please put special instructions in the special instructions / comments box at check out and include a phone number for us to contact you at.
APO/FPO Orders ship on Mondays only.
All shipping times are estimated - Actual times may vary. If you need your order expedited, an additional charge will be incurred and charged to your credit card. Please be sure to request any special shipping needs in the comments section of your order.
International Orders (including Canada) other than to an APO address not accepted at this time.
Expedited services available upon request at an additional cost.

Shipping Times...
All orders for inventory that are in stock will be shipped within 2 business days once payment is received/cleared (excluding Special-Order or Pre-Order items)
***ALL ORDERS THAT ARE PAID BY E-CHECK WILL NOT BE SHIPPED UNTIL PAYMENT HAS BEEN RECEIVED (which ranges between 5 to 10 days)
Special Order or Pre-Order items will be shipped within 2 business days after receiving the product from our distributor.
Refunds...
We hope you are enjoying your purchase from . If the purchase did not meet your expectations, we will be happy to issue a refund in the same form of payment in which it was purchased, excluding shipping charges. Returns will be shipped back at your own cost.
You must e-mail us at within 5 days of receipt of order. We will make every effort to correct this problem within a timely manner.
All returned items must be in original condition and undamaged.
